FITNESS


Recently, i forced myself to train hard.
i do some fitness, crush, sit-up, back-up, plank and etc to archive my aim > ABS!
So yeah.. 
Every night before i go to shower, i did 30min hula hoop, x300 jump-set, 30sec plank, x100 sit-up and others!
I knew it's hard, but i felt happy when i saw the little outcome from BELLY FAT to A LITTLE ABS!

You will never know how i feel if u never try before!
Although i get myself hurts, injured but everything is WORTH when u see the outcome!

Anyway, i will continue to do so! 
Train Harder to archive MY DREAM ABS!
It aren't a dream anymore, u can do it if u want!
BE PATIENT, EAT CLEAN, WORK-OUT!
